I created 15-20 complete leads per week. My
supervisor was very happy with this as I was only
required to complete 2 leads per day. As a result
of my performance, the other people on the floor
were jumping to get more complete leads. I helped
to add to the sales, customer base and value of the
operation. Typical solar panels sales per system
were $25,000 to $125,000. Hourly Wages were
$10.00 per hour plus commission and bonus.

With friendly countenance I approached potential

customers home. Originally, I was working for
FINE FINISH WINDOWS, 227 E. Meats Ave., Orange, Ca.
92865. 05/07 to 06/07 on home depot floor when the
supervisors asked me if I would be interested in
applying with At Home Services, THD working for
them directly. I agreed and became part of their
team. After one year they moved the operation from
Orange County to San Diego County, they eliminated
the on floor team and laid me off with apx 8 weeks'
severance pay.
Required complete lead count was 4 per day. I
supplied 8-10 hot leads per day.

echonet.com. I would cold call, make contact with

system, support services and pamphlet material were

presentation was complete I would then flip the
call to the Closer and he would secure the form of

office manager/partner had to close the doors or

work and the office was empty. This was an ideal
job.
