Served eight institutional owners, a major construction manager, a program management firm, a developer,
several legal professionals and individual owners in capacities varying from consulting tasks to full time
Program Manager for seven years of projects. Project Team Leader on over $600 million in complex capital
projects. Supervised up to four management, technical and administrative employees.

subcontractor coordination, contract administration, and all document, cost and quality control. Maintained a
high-level of owner and architect collaboration as well as formal monthly reporting to all stakeholders in the
project. Early assignments involved project engineering and safety assurance duties on two hospital projects
totaling $145 million for the St. Louis general contracting division of the company.
Key Achievements:
On time and under budget delivery of $146 million in successful new construction and renovation
projects for three major out-of-state hospitals
Promoted to Project Manager after less than two years with the firm.
