Job Description:
In this position I excelled in collections and
provided the ability to start all setup operations
for the Income Contingent Rehabilitation Program for
those unable to pay, opened on behalf of the
department of education. I trained my other two staff
members as to what to do with accounts eligible for
consolidation and what information was required upon
setup, in addition to daily collecting and goal
retention, and rehabilitation setups. In addition,
our team handled all other accounts not able to pay,
from disability to deceased accounts. In this
position I rose to the challenge with success in
achieving first place rankings on the department of
education contract. I was then promoted to relief

relief manager position entailed handling eight other
