Provide project management and budget oversight to a staff of 43 IT

professionals (on-shore and off-shore) on a $3.4mm project for a large

Pharma in the development and integration of services that allow the

client's front-end workflow systems to seamlessly talk to the back-end

repositories to retrieve data. The project uses a combination of web and

mainframe technologies with back-end databases. The budget is split

between 3 vendors and must be tracked accordingly while monitoring actual

vs. budget, adjusting forecast and reporting on EVA. HIPAA compliance is

required in this role.

receivables and used by approximately 200 users. The system realized

for DBG in the US, Canada, and the UK. Total user base was
