Pharma in the development and integration of services that allow the
client's front-end workflow systems to seamlessly talk to the back-end
repositories to retrieve data. The project uses a combination of web and
mainframe technologies with back-end databases. The budget is split
between 3 vendors and must be tracked accordingly while monitoring actual
vs. budget, adjusting forecast and reporting on EVA. HIPAA compliance is
required in this role.
