During this job SouthWare eventually employed a separate support department. Developers
supported these technicians for escalated support situations. Before a separate depertment was

General COBOL on minicomputers and AOS/VS mainframe Managed and coordinated
computing resources for five programmers (full and part-time). Installed operating systems for in-
house and client machines. Taught users both onsite and at user site, including formal classes.

Cafeteria Accounting for schools.
This job included handling all operating system installation and backup on various DG
computers as well as programming. Directo support of customers was part of this job.
