Responsibilities:

1). Handling daily operations, duties and procedures using tools,

equipments and work aids such as Medio OM Terminal and Remote Logger and

others to perform:

- Fault Management - Monitor, handle and resolve faults that may occur in

the network elements (GMSC, STP) through the use of existing OM Terminal

and informing related teams.

-Working with field engineers, contractors and related teams to implement

changes, maintenance, expansions, and preventive work on the network.

- Writing up daily reports (Network Emergency Reports, updating daily stats

and sending daily network news).

-Follow up on actions and measures taken by related teams to resolve

outstanding issues.

2). Software upgrade of switching, transit modules (SGM,ITB) and internal

and external signaling modules (RIS,RES), ATCA system modules. Analysis

with extensive experience of the software implementation including

requirements definition, testing and maintenance.

3). Troubleshooting GMSC/STP object's modules to avoid problems of

functioning or keep it to a bare minimum by using of specific software OM

Terminal, Alarm client, Alarm Monitor, CDR Collector.

4). Analysis and evaluating of objects functioning in MTS network by

means of statistical data using Stats Viewer.

5). Configuring of GMSC, STP at traffic and analysis level.

6). Making documentation for vendors.
