Resume:

July *, ****

To Whom It May Concern:

I have an interest in a due diligence/mortgage banking position within your

company and/or for a client of your company. Previous underwriting,

foreclosure default/non-performing analysis, auditing, and

consulting/contract experience includes having worked on projects with GE

Money, IndyMac, Ameriquest, Bank of America, Countrywide, Merrill Lynch,

Bank One and Wells Fargo. In connection with previous projects, locations

include Boston, New Jersey, North Carolina, Dallas, San Francisco, Phoenix,

Detroit and Los Angeles. Most notably, consulting assignments were with

Hanover Capital, Ernst & Young, The Bohan Group (San Francisco) and the

Clayton Group. Precedent to these assignments as an independent

consultant, I worked for Synergy Consultancy Group as an auditor. These

projects involved the underwriting, reconciliation, and auditing of

mortgage-backed securities and investor reporting. More specifically, my

background includes mortgage operations and due diligence knowledge of

federal underwriting standards (prime and subprime) for FHA/VA, FNMA, GNMA,

FHLMC and CMBS (commercial) loans. In addition, I previously worked as an

MI Certified Underwriter with MGIC and Triad.

I believe my accomplishments, which currently include passively overseeing

the operation multi-family units I own, as evidenced by my resume make me

well suited for a position of this type. In particular, my business and

legal experience has added an extra dimension in my communication with

others. This dimension is an asset that is of great assistance when

employed in a position that is results orientated and requires a lot of

interaction with others in problem solving situations.

I would like to meet to discuss our mutual objectives and how my background

may suit your needs in regard to employment. Your consideration will be

appreciated.
