Managed a team of two technicians and one chemist in the formulation
and characterization of vinyl ether radiation-cured coatings for fiber
optics. Worked with synthetic chemists to identifying
structure/property relationships of monomers and oligomers by
evaluating physical properties in coatings.
Conducted line trials of the fiber optic coatings on the Rutgers
University draw tower.
Recommended formulations for free-radical-cured acrylate, vinyl ether
