Wholesale distributor for lighting and sign industries. Responsibilities
include but not limited to: Human Resources administration for 4 locations
(2 locations are out of state, Arizona and Nevada). Headquarter warehouse
employees are union (Teamsters). Full cycle generalist including act as
payroll backup utilizing Apple One payroll software. Report, investigate
and thorough follow-up of all work place injuries and auto accidents.
Responsible for processing new hires and forwarding benefit packet to
eligible employees. Submit monthly 401k contributions and loan payments
online via The Hartford website. Point of contact with insurance brokers.
Assist the Accounting Manager and Controller with any assigned duties.
Point of contact during open enrollment and responsible for all benefit
changes.
Corporate Staffing Solutions (July 2009 - September 2009)
Workers Compensation Clerk at Corona Norco Unified School District (Part
Time Contract Assignment)
Acted as liaison for the school district and workers compensation
administrator. Responsible for collecting
all workers
compensation documents for the district and submitting to administrator.
Successfully submitted necessary documentation for all injuries working 12
hours a week.

Human Resources Manager (Layoff, Company Closure)
Manufacturer and distributor of computer software. Responsibilities
include but not limited to: administration of all work injuries including
return to work coordination. Act as staffing agency liaison and
administrate temporary personnel (office and warehouse). Orient and
payroll process all new hires. Assist with revision and distribution of
employee handbook. Coordinate open enrollment meetings and process all
changes in a timely manner. Coordinated implementation of ADP ETime (time
and labor management) and conversion to a new payroll service (including
time and labor management). Responsible for reconciliation of monthly
insurance billing of company sponsored benefits, coordination of all leaves
of absence, and maintain up-to-date COBRA and FSA utilizing Conexis.

Responsible for full cycle recruitment including interview and make
recommendations. Process weekly and semi-monthly payroll utilizing ADP.
Prepare payroll journal entries. Responsible for written and verbal
Spanish translations.

as agency liaison, coordinated
temporary personnel, schedule interviews and pre-employment physicals of

warehouse personnel census as required by union. Main contact for
graveyard employees and assist them with
