The following is a quick description of my work history in mechanical &

electrical drafting: I started my career by creating various types of

manually generated drawings, including Underwater Cable Systems at "Atlantic

Designs"; Under contract I supported PCB Layout and CAD schematic changes at

"Bell Labs"; Created manual drawings of Power Inverter/Converter equipment

at "Avionic Instruments Inc."; Used Autocad R14 to generate drawings of

Energy Monitoring & Management equipment at "Dranetz-BMI"; Used the Autocad

R14 thru 2008 to generate drawings of Heating & Cooling control &

measurement equipment at "Heat-Timer Corp."; Used Autocad R14 to generate

drawings of Tank & Pump systems at "HT Pump Specialties".

Custom ordered receiver pumping systems with NEMA control panel enclosures

for the following:

Condensate Return - Boiler Feed - Pressure Boosters - Vacuum Liquid Ring

* Established a standard numbering systems for parts and assemblies. *

Used Adobe Acrobat to generated & maintain PDF libraries for manufacturer

specifications & approved final assemblies.

* Used Autocad R14 to generate 2D of the following: All manufacturing

drawings for machine shop, as well as final assembly proposal drawings of

new custom designs for customers; Drawing formats with standard sizes and

approval boxes; The design of elevated mounting platforms for tank & pump

systems; The design layout of NEMA enclosure control panels to support

mechanical engineer design concept.

Heat-Timer Corporation: 20 New Dutch Lane, Fairfield, NJ 07004 (Oct 1998 -

Control & Measurement Equipment for the following: Steam & Hydronic Heating;

Modulation & Sequencing; Sensors & Valves; Digital Set Points; Snow Melt;

Air Conditioning.

* Controlled all changes to company database Bill of Materials and

generated all associated part numbers.

* Used Windows Word to generated standard forms used in Engineering Change

Request/Order procedure.

* Was a key member of the team, including the Engineering & Manufacturing

Managers, assigned to prepare the company for ISO 9000 certification. I was

the author of the Engineering Change Request/Order procedure. The company

passed and maintained the certification.

* Used Autocad R14 thru 2008 to generated 2D & 3D of the following:

Standard drawing formats; All parts and assembly drawings for Engineering;

Visual aid assembly drawings for Manufacturing; Drawings for Technical

manuals and associated literature used by Sales and Marketing and external

customers; The design of various metal as well as plastic enclosures for PCB

assemblies; The Incorporation of XREF's and Blocks into PCB assemblies in

order to use same PCB drawing on various assemblies; The design of various

PCB mounting & wiring configuration; The design of front & rear metal &

plastic panel cutouts and associated artwork for overlay or painting.

* Was a member of the team assigned to prepare the company for ISO 9000

certification. The company passed and maintained the certification.

Engineering Change Orders; PCB layout support; Schematic creation; All parts

and assembly drawings for Engineering & Manufacturing; Illustration drawings

and assembly drawings for Engineering & Manufacturing.

AT&T Bell Laboratories: 67 Whippany Rd, Whippany, NJ 07981 (1985 - 1987)

Research & Development Facility: Known for many great accomplishments such

as the first demonstration of long distance television transmissions in the

late 1920's & development of the transistor in the mid 1940's and

technological inventions and innovations that are too many to list in this

document.

* Created parts list and generated supporting documents to assist PCB

designers in layout of design.

* Incorporated basic design changes into CAD schematics per Engineers

marked-up prints.

Atlantic Designs: Commerce St, Springfield, NJ 07081 (1984 - 1985)

Job shop for many companies requiring various types of applications.

* Manual drafting of PCB designs and schematics. List of materials created

in ink with templates.

* Manual drafting of glass laboratory containers. Manual drafting of fiber

optic underwater cable systems.

Recent Temp Job:

QEI Inc.: 60 Fadem Road, Springfield, NJ 07081 (June - July 2009)

Assignment for Joule Tech:

Replace the lead drafter during two week vacation. Implement changes to

mechanical and electrical drawing documentation pertaining to SCADA systems.

Drawings were generated on Autocad 2004 software. The temporary assignment

was extended to one month in duration.
