2004 to 2009

Integrated new companies into the Honeywell system of standards. Directed

and managed the re-design and

architecture of Corporate Data Centers to grow from three data centers

worldwide to eight data centers in locations such as Europe, Asia, and

South America. Collaborated with multiple departments to set and deploy IT

standards with the objective of simplifying support, upgrades, and changes

across the corporate infrastructure. Assisted the CIO and finance

departments with budgeting plans.

Developed a corporate wide Wireless network from lab testing, prototyping

initial configurations through the development of a corporate technology

wireless standard including a roll-out plan. In the after support role

worked with the application developers to modify or adapt applications to

work well across the wireless net. Also worked with network management

developers to monitor the WLAN and automate installation and monitoring

processes.

Decreased overall capital budget by 40% while improving spending on

business improvement and enhancement projects from 30% to 60%, with a

corresponding drop in routine maintenance capital spending.

Replaced entrenched global legacy market data systems with more suitable

products while simultaneously reducing annual spending by $2M.

Sinai into a single network. This integration improved uptime and

network. Spearheaded the expansion of the Salmon private voice network
