Responsible for planning, supervision and completion of 150,000 to 250,000

sq ft, four and five-story wood frame residential buildings on split-level

foundations that included elevators and commercial-type MEP's. Buildings

were completed in ten months. Project also included structural steel

parking deck and multi-story links to buildings.

Ashby Ponds - $10 million four-story wood frame residential building

on top of a concrete parking garage. 78 Units (Ashburn, VA.)

Highland Springs - 3 buildings $29 million, four and five-story wood

frame residential buildings on split level foundations. 449 Units
