product plan, for 1500 active SKUs including costs, quality, delivery, and

inventory; managed 25 contract manufacturers located in China and Taiwan,

and negotiated freight rates with logistics firms. Directly managed

2001 - 2004

Coordinated development of biometric products. Responsibilities included:

budget, project schedule, build execution, delivery of development units,

documentation, bills of material, product cost, agency approvals, testing,

material procurement, placement of risk POs, vendor and sub-contractor

management, and hardware and software project management. Three direct

reports. Budget of $1.5M.

. Coordinated development effort of a complex mixed signal ASIC with

Cadence and Philips.

as primary liaison between Intel BIOS engineering groups and OEM customers
