1.Project: Sonet/SDH Ethernet Transport System (with Layer2) Leading SW

verification and testing

Company: Netlogic Microsystems, Cupertino, CA ( Oct 2004 to till date)

Role: Sr.Staff Engineer

Achievements: Successfully lead the team on Multicore Network protocol

processors and Network application design testing.

Leading Network application architechture, design test and execution for

Multicore NW processors.

Test Process creation, Test methodologies design and documentation,

testing and BLSR and UPSR DRI features. Achieved maximum System level

Designed massive networks with 32 Nodes and architected performance

characterization methodologies for Sonet and Ethernet networks with OSPF,

Achievements: Successfully Integrated Nokia SGSN, BSC3i, Transcoders and BTS

cell sites (SW Version 10) to T-Mobile network.

Commissioning, Integration and Site Acceptance of Nokia 3G SGSN (Rel.2).

Integrated Iu (SGSN-RNC) via ATM & Broadband SS7, Gn (SGSN-GGSN) via OSPF, Ga

(SGSN-CG), Gr (SGSN-HLR) via SS7 Narrowband, QoS, 3G SGSN configuration.

Planned & Coordinated 3G SGSN config & integration parameters; such as

Addressing (SMMU, Gn, CRP/Gn/Iu loopback, ATM), PVC's (control/user plane),

SS7 Narrowband (Gr) and Broadband (Iu).

Configured BSC and verified the Signaling links, Local signaling point code,

Signaling link set Addition of Signaling link set, Signaling route set,

Configured and verified the SCCP for the BSC's own signaling point, SCCP for

the MSC's signaling point, Broadcast status of SCCP signaling points, Local

Testing

Achievements: Successfully released ATM backhaul, Sonet/SDH transport system

with Ethernet advanced features.

Development of test methodologies and Preparation of test plans for ATM,

Ethernet TLS (Transparent LAN) system verification. Ensuring and adding Test

cases as per System Specification Requirements.
