Managed a team of engineering's in the design and manufacture of
mass transit seating. Developed internal manufacturing capabilities

sales team on all seat systems quotes the following: detail design
that met the customers Statement of Requirement (SOR), production
planning and analysis to identify the most appropriate methods of
manufacturing of the product, economically and within required

developing the ER&D budget, organization and resource plan,
validation plan, prototype delivery plan, and cost saving

team; assigned to the plant for 6 to 12 months to champion the

station looking at ergonomic & lean manufacturing. Supported the

establishment of an international team of engineers in Japan and
France for each specific program and led all assigned to meet
budgets and timing of new product launch. This also included
managing selling price and margin maintenance & cost reduction
through direct participation. Maintain > 18% IRR average for all
projects.

Served as a member of a seat mechanisms design team for the
development of the Ford Windstar. Duties ranged from design,
engineering calculation, tolerance studies, GD&T, DFMEA's, DVP&R,

/ Nissan Quest. Development of all mechanical parts, frames, foam

Japan, requiring that all drawing be re-dimensioned and tolerance,
adherence to ASME standards for production release in North
America. Necessitating establishing checking and design analysis
process for the new drawing format in North America.
