communication industry. Voice processing solutions and applications are
designed and purpose-built for both TDM (time division multiplexing) and IP
(internet protocol) networks.

Recruited initially to scale all manufacturing operations including
production, purchasing, materials management, test development and final
configuration/test. Responsibilities grew to include the corporation's
service organization including pre/post-sales support, warranty repair and
the NOC/TAC centers. Other functional responsibilities at the corporate
level included Human Resources, Systems Engineering, Product Verification,
Facilities Management, Corporate Quality and Information Technology.
. Repositioned the company with less emphasis on platforms (hardware) and
more emphasis on new software solutions
