. Led a total plant conversion in 2.5 years from an old fashion (like

family business), no systems&procedures environment and non profitable

to a world class profitable manufacturing location with systems in

place.

Responsible for the Materials function, through procedures, keeping the

plants standardized, using the best logistic available and optimizing the

resources.

Major achievements:

. Leader for the establishment and standardization of procedures.

. Reduction of Outbound air freight in one year from $ 700K to $ 150K

USDlls.

. Increase of Inventory accuracy from 75% to 98% in two months.

. $300K USDlls. obsolescence recovery.
