placement in the basements and inside the garages. Performed observation and testing using a nuclear gauge to determine density
and moisture conditions. Obtained soil samples both native and import materials and coordinated lab testing. Monitored the drilling
of 50ft caissons, the installation of the reinforcing steel cages and the concrete placement. Supervised the testing technicians and
reviewed their daily reports and timesheets for accuracy. Attended the weekly progress meetings with the various contractors to

straight edge testing of sub-grade on the taxiways and runways. Observed asphalt placement on runways and taxiways. Inspected the

Project consisted of US93 freeway and Nevada-Arizona bridge construction on the Nevada Approach ($180 Million project). As
Quality Control and Quality Assurance Supervisor, monitored the drilling operations of rocks to be blasted and used as rock fill for
embankment construction. Observed fill placement and compaction efforts. Certified footings. Collected soil samples for lab testing.
Observed the benching of the 2:1, 3:1, 5:1 and 6:1 overbuilt slopes. Monitored the breaking and scattering of oversize material to
prevent nesting. Counted the number of truck loads placed and compacted. Checked and approved the contactor’s payment
authorization slips. Verified steel deliveries and mill certifications. Inspected the reinforcing steel placements. Coordinated with
contractor on concrete placement operations and scheduled testing technicians. Monitored testing technicians and reviewed their

the project with GPR System and investigation of anomalies and voids in the ground under the supervision of the project Geologist.
Observed the backfill operations of holes and caves using soils or bridging material and approved soil. Observed the removal of
diesel tank, municipal trash and all contaminated soils. Recorded the depth and location of any collapsible material encountered.
Obtained soil samples for lab testing. Performed observation and testing of grading operation using a nuclear gauge. Monitored the
benching process of 2:1 and 3:1 overbuilt slopes. Inspected the reinforcement placements. Attended the weekly progress meetings
with the various contractors to discuss progress schedules, and address technical issues.
Terminal D, McCarran Airport, Las Vegas, NV:
Project consisted of excavation, fill and grading of embankment for airport expansion (Runways 7R-25L and New north and south),
as well as installation of future tramway linking Terminal D to future Terminal ($150 Million project). Performed grading
observation and testing using a nuclear gauge and sandcone equipment to determine moisture-density conditions. Performed
thickness and straight edge testing of fill and asphalt placement operations on the taxiways and runways. Supervised testing
technicians and reviewed their daily reports and timesheets for accuracy. Provided quality acceptance testing for the Department of
Aviation. Performed inspection of the concrete mat foundation and walls for the tramway connecting terminal D with future

observation and testing using a nuclear gauge to determine density and moisture conditions. Inspected reinforcement placements in
