Brought on by NaviSite's Senior Program Manager to project manage

migrations, hosting and support services for key clients such as Hyatt

Corporation, Carrier Transicold, Carrier Enterprise, Meggitt UK-

Switzerland, and Harvard. Managing multiple projects simultaneously,

leading weekly customer status meetings, interfacing with stakeholders and

clients during project life cycle, and meeting project milestones and

delivery dates.

Responsible for Project Management and delivery of the migration of

Hyatt's 128 North American Full Service (NAFS) properties off ADT to the

Marimba-OneClick Lotus Notes install. This is a key customer business

initiative to streamline the end-user experience with the latest Lotus

Notes Client code.

Responsible for Project Management and delivery of migrating Meggitt UK

off legacy GroupWise servers to NaviSite's hosted Microsoft Exchange

servers with Blackberry and Postini implementation.

Instrumental in providing solutions in preventing old data replicating

back into the Carrier environment. Previously customer had experienced

rogue documents being pushed back to their server. Customer was pleased

with my solutions and has implemented my newly established best practices.

Domino Admin, Messaging

June 2009 - December 2009

Provided 1st/2nd/3rd Level Notes/Domino/Blackberry Admin Support, servicing

a Global messaging, collaboration, and blackberry environment. Created

daily Remedy reports and led weekly customer status meetings to review

Remedy ticket counts.

Immediately was assigned the Remedy Queue Manager role. Successfully

accomplished bringing down NaviSite's daily open ticket count and 10 day &

Older ticket count by 75%. Accomplished by ensuring the appropriate skilled

resources were assigned the tickets and daily ticket accountability was

being tracked.

Point person for migrating and creating all new Hyatt hotel properties in

the Group & User Tool at NaviSite. This work involved working with key

NaviSite business staff and working across teams to ensure all process steps

have been completed for successful implementation.

Project Manager, ACME - CMS - PWGo of PartnerWorld December 2006 -

April 2009

Project managed all releases for IBM PartnerWorld's mission critical and

Gold metallization content management applications. Customers base of

100,000 IBM independent service vendors (ISVs), business partners and

educators. Releases developed involved coordination among multiple teams

across different IBM organizations and across the globe, involving

developers, testers, operations, deployment, architects, project managers,

managers, content and business owners. In addition, I was assigned the

roles and responsibilities of Application Owner (AO) and Product

Development Team Lead (PDTL).

Managed multi-million dollar New Development and Life Cycle Management

application budget.

Created and managed LOAs, SOWs, DOUs, hardware/software/data

integrations, master software project schedules, project phasing, and ran

change control process.

Project managed all new and existing hosting / support services provided by

the Austin IBM Global Services IT Operations team.

Created and sized ROMs and DOUs for clients benchmarking the cost, man

hours, resources, products, servers and services required to support new

and existing clients.

Developed project plans for new and existing rollouts into the DEV, FVT,

SIT and Production infrastructure tiers. Worked with Operations team,

and cross-team Project Managers, to ensure projects dates and milestones

were met and completed on time.

Maintained quarterly and yearly project plans to adhere to ITCS104

server/OS/ application compliance.

Lead Lotus Domino Administrator / Project Manager, IT Austin Operations

January 2003 - December 2005

The Lead Domino Administrator over IGS Austin IT Operations DEV, FVT, SIT

and Production infrastructure tiers.

Worked with Development, Architects and PMs to promote code from test tiers

through to Production.

Setup and configured Notes clients, Domino clustered application servers

and migrated the Austin Domino infrastructure off from Lotus Domino on

Windows servers to AIX.

Assisted Business Owners through their ACAP audit compliancy.

Tivoli Manager for Domino Admin, Software Engineer

January 2000 - December 2002

Contracted through Decision Consultants, Inc. IBM Re-Hire in March, 2002.

Provided function / system software verification, regression, load

performance testing, and advance Domino server administration for Tivoli

Manager for Domino (TMD) and Tivoli Manager for WebSphere. Domino server

configurations consisted of Clustered Domino servers, partitioned AIX

hardware, cross-domain certified Hub / Spoke, setup and maintenance of new

Domino servers and connection documents in Master Address Book, Calendaring

and Scheduling, setup and configuration of new Notes mail users and groups.

Developed, executed, and maintained test plans and procedures for

multi-platform environments. Tested TMD versions, and Messaging and

Collaboration. Provided insight to development staff on Lotus Domino

Server and Client on improving code.

Setup and configured new Lotus Domino Application / Mail / Web Servers

as endpoints connected to Tivoli Management Regions (TMRs).

Setup and configuration of numerous TMRs and Domino servers for test

verification across platforms, such as: UNIX (AIX, Solaris, and HP-UX),

Windows (95/98, NT, and 2000), AS/400, and OS/390.

Lotus Notes Domino Administrator January 1999 - December

1999

Contracted through ManPower Technical Services. Assigned to the IBM Global

Services Automation Department on development and updating of IBM

application databases and provided Domino Administration on enterprise

commercial Lotus Notes application client accounts.

Verified Year 2000 readiness for new and existing databases. Duties

included: Advance Enterprise Lotus Notes Domino Administration on

multiple domains and platforms for high profile commercial accounts,

such as Phillips (160,000 Notes users) and Sears. Successfully migrated

Phillips Domino application servers in New Zealand off Windows servers

to AIX.
