. Built thirteen machines (called Life Cycle Tester) to test
controllers used for golf truck, fork lift, wheelchair, and other
trucks. Installed and integrated cell batteries of 24 or 48 volts, a
coupled synchronous converters of AC or DC motors with 600 to
1000volts DC power supply of 120, 220, and 480v AC source and did
prototypes. Fabricated, modified, and checked parts, installed relays,
controls, PLO6 and ladder logic, aligned sensors, routed and rerouted
3/0 cables to #22 wire termination, CAT5, CAT5e, UTP, cabling and
layouts, tested fixtures. Provided panel distribution, and mounting on
walls and cabinets. Produced 1840 pieces crimping within two weeks on
wires and cables.
