Custom Complex Billing Services - Senior Associate

. Contract Management - Managed a high volume/highly visible position

that implemented over 1,000 plus new/re-filed custom deals annually

generating approximately an additional $5 million a year to an already

. Procedural Design & Execution - Created and implemented three new

processes (Shortfall, Left Turn, and Evergreen) related to reducing

the amount of contra revenue booked monthly to Teleconference services

and to be more in alignment with the rest of AT&T.

. Develop & Execute Billing Training - Designed billing training

material and trained the entire Teleconference sales force and sales

managers to ensure accurate communication regarding billing

requirements for Teleconference audio/video and data services to the

corporate client.

. Implement new Products & Offers - Responsible for implementation of

new offerings and products into the ATBS billing system. This

benefited the customer conferencing needs of new clients, retained

existing customer usage and increased minutes by 20%.

. Unbilled Message Investigation Unit (UMIU) - Identified and developed

processes for the investigation and removal of unbilled calls in MIU,

this would mitigate calls too old to bill. Engaged the Customer

Account Managers (CAMs) and Account Executives buy-in to bill as many

MIU calls as possible on a monthly basis. This generated an

additional $1 million annually to the organization that would

otherwise have been too old to bill.

identify potential weakness and institute improved processes or
