. Provided technical consultancy for Gillette antipesperant salt

(AToM stands for "Ability to Manufacture"). Managed all front-end process

engineering design; P&IDs, process control and commissioning activities.

. Established strategies for cross functional product development

teams to successfully improve operations & launched two novel

products estimated $1billion in market share.

. Designed, built and managed a $30 million computer-controlled

batch formulation, filling & packaging Plant in Belgium. Plant

capacity, 170,000 litres per shift at peak capacity. (High speed

filling & packing).

. Transferred technology to sister Plants in Brazil and USA.

Led the Process Design Group of a medium size, ($20 million), private

consultancy firm, to successfully design and manufacture Skid mounted

package plants of heat and mass transfer units.

. Designed skid mounted shell and tube heat

exchanges/distillation columns for the fine chemical &

Pharmaceuticals industries.

. Managed shop floor schedule. Introduced weekly meetings including

shop floor supervisors to review projects and shop floor schedule.

This initiative increased efficiency and eliminated schedule

conflicts.

. Negotiated foreign contracts worth over $2 million.

. Provided technical support for penicillin manufacturing and

. Achieved spent acetone recovery improvement by 50% by redesigning

and replacing distillation column internals. Increased convective
