Responsible for figuring all job costs and sell prices for all sheetfed products using the

Logic estimating system. Duties include figuring the most cost effective layout, and

gathering all outside pricing (bindery services, special packaging, trucking, peripheral

pieces, etc.). I work very closely with all departments and outside vendors to reduce job

costs and provide best pricing for our clients. Also responsible for approving all outside

service purchase orders, and producing accurate and detailed quote letters to be delivered

to the client.

2000-2006 Account Manager, Quebecor World RPC, Taunton, MA (formerly Retail Printing Corp.)

Responsible for creating and maintaining customer print schedules for several national

retail accounts, which included Home Depot, Staples, Lowe’s, Comp USA and A&P

Supermarkets. Those accounts produced over $100 million in sales for the company. I

was the direct liaison between the customer and the plant. I also worked closely with the

corporate sales staff, and was responsible for all of the invoicing to the customer. If color

approvals were needed I would work with press operators to achieve a match to customer

supplied proofs.

Responsible for directing the prepress workflow for a customer base with sales of over

$100 million. I was responsible for managing and scheduling a staff of 20 employees,

focusing on the quality control of all plates that went to press. I was also responsible for

maintenance on all prepress equipment.
