. Developing processes to migrate users from Novell file and print to

Microsoft Active directory.

. Install, configure and provide support for Novell products including

SUSE Linux Enterprise server (SLES) and NetWare Open Enterprise Server

(On SLES). Support modify IDM drivers including User App, AD, JDBC,

eDir.

. Install, configure and provide support for Microsoft Products

including Windows 2000, 2003 and 2008 and Active Directory. Implement

group polices and Windows Server Update Services (WSUS).

July 2008 - Jan 2010 Novell

Novell Dedicated Support Engineer for Time Warner Cable in New York

. Responsible for the day to day support of Novell products including

Identity management and eDirectory on SUSE Linux, NetWare Clusters,

OES2 on SLES, Novell's Sentinel (Security Information and Event

Management Software), Samba and LDAP authenticated applications.

. Supported Time Warner Cable engineers in deploying Linux hosted Samba

and OES Linux based CIFS shared directories for Windows 2008 terminal

server users. Authentication methods included LDAP and Kerberos.

. Deployed Novell's Access Manager Identity and Access gateway

components to provide single sign on authentication for browser based

internal Time Warner Cable applications using Kerberos.

. Ensured successful deployment of Novell products including Identity

management, SUSE Linux, and Access Manager by developing a VMware

based QA testing environment matching the TWC production environment.

. Modified the Novell Identity management drivers to scope the

synchronization of passwords from the Novell eDirectory based Identity

. Deployed global password self-service system based on Novell's

Identity Management to enable Active Directory users to reset

passwords.

. Deployed the VMware based QA and testing labs for Identity management

at JPMC.

. Engineer the infrastructure including building Red Hat Linux servers,

developing IDM drivers and configuring LDAP directories.

. Maintain revision control. Develop test plans, certification and

deployment documentation.

. Design IDM deployment for combined Bank One/JPMorgan Chase

infrastructure. Modify existing drivers to support new infrastructure.

Migrate IDM downstream drivers from JPMorgan Chase identity vault to

Bank One identity vault.

. Experience with Microsoft's Identity Lifecycle management through

assisting with deployment of ILM during the Notes to Exchange

developed and implemented process for merging several smaller NDS

trees into the Chase corporate tree.

Migrating servers from IPX to IP protocol. Developed SLP configuration

and implementation plan.

. Developed Novell cluster deployment process and SLP infrastructure for

new JPMorgan Chase NDS tree (Atlas).

. Worked with the Chase Active Directory team to analyze DNS deployment

requirements.
