IBM, Systems Analyst, Corporate Y2k Contingency Planning Department (10/99-
3/00)
Activities included managing the development team to establish Global
Contingency Planning Database to store all of IBM's contingency plans for
the identified critical business processes, and the development of a global
hybrid application of Lotus Notes with a web interface to serve the
worldwide executive audience. Managed project through all phases of system
life cycle including, conception, development and implementation. Wrote
test cases and executed tests. Lead end user requirements sessions to
identify all critical business processes and user acceptance testing.
Traveled to many countries creating user documentation and conducted
educational training for the applications in the US, France, London, Japan,
Australia, and Scotland. Managed project deliverables a million dollar
budget, change control and building, presenting project presentations and

Activities included managing the development of Procurement Applications
and redesign of production procurement intranet site to a Web Domino site
for IBM's global procurement community. Managed project by communicating
the requirements to the development team of four developers through
concept, development and implementation of new procurement applications.
Managed requirement sessions with the user group, conducted user acceptance
testing sessions, created user documentation and conducted educational
training for the applications. Wrote test cases and executed tests.
Developed Lotus Notes Supplier Database as well as Restricted Supplier
Database. Managed project deliverables, budgets and building and
presenting project presentations to top executive procurement management. .

IBM, Programmer, Procurement Plans and Controls (12/94-3/96)
Activities included DBA for Contract Digest Application, which managed all
of IBM's procurement contracts. Imported and exported the contracts
through DB2 for the large data files. Managed the data migration of the
procurement contracts from VM, with was mainframe system software, to
Client Server environment which included managing several contractors to
implement the data merge. Wrote test cases and executed tests. Responsible
for user education, generated weekly procurement reports with Server Query
Language (SQL) and conducted audits to ensure procurement controls were
being followed, as well as, Web Administrator for production procurement
web site. Project was delivered on time and within million dollar budget.
IBM Networking Systems (1/92-3/94)
Activities included marketing support for large systems software group.
Maintained direct mail campaign database for large systems software
customers and tracked the responses for potential sale leads. Interfaced
with development and customer support teams. Managed other contractors
while on this project.
