Events Coordinator/Catering Office Manager - Assists Sales Catering

Mangers with the pre-production of all on property events, fashion

truck shows, bridal showcases and special events. Arranges audio

visual with our on-site vendor for internal and corporate meetings.

Maintains relationships with all recommended outside vendors.

Manages the catering department/Executive office. Schedule, hire,

terminate and delegates to all assistants, support staff and

receptionists. Write up 45 day and 90 day reviews for new employees in

catering department. Trains assistants, support staff and

receptionists. Coordinates payroll for department with EZ Labor.

Masters all catering reports, configuration, data extraction and

activities within interoffice system "Opera". Order supplies on a

weekly and monthly basis using MC Webclient and keeping inventory and

watching costs. Processing monthly reports including booking pace

report, sushi report, copy machine report, zip code report, channel

report and forecast.

. Catering Executive Administrative Assistant - Assist Catering

Directors as needed. Assist with the production of Social & Corporate

Events. Communicate with all of the different hotel departments to

confirm orders/set-up and any other detail for event. Create BEO'S

(Banquet Event Order) from hotel's inter office system "Opera".

Respond to all Corporate and Social Event inquiries. Coordinate all

Internal Functions. Keep Track of and distribute Daily / Weekly and

all other timeline data to hotel staff. Create Contracts, Confirmation

Letter's, Event Proposal's, and Thank You Letter's. Oversee all

banquet Invoice tickets and make sure detail is correct. Process and

calculate Deposit's and Banquet Checks. Handle the weekly pace report

and other monthly reports for our department. Coordinate extensive

file system to organize client's event information. Research Company

Descriptions to have a better understanding of Clients needs.

Calculate Estimated Bills using Excel to Submit to Clients. Act as

office Manager when office manager is absent - Oversee part-time

support staff.

. Executive Receptionist - Screen President, Vice President and all

Executive calls. Greet all Guests/Clients upon arrival.

Computer Skills- Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Word, Access, MC

Webclient, EZ Labor and Opera.
