analysis on conceptual Gas-Engine Driven Rooftop Air Conditioning Unit
(25 Ton). Project budget $400K.
< Constructed FEA analysis, computer modeling of system, and designed
physical layout of components.
Technical Rotational Engineer 1990 - 1992
Selected to participate in company's first Technical Rotational Program.
Rotational and Business Unit Exposure:
* Air Management - devised design of Air Mixer Lobe Test Facility
(increased turbulent air mixing required for cooling).
* Heat Transfer - designed and fabricated oil coalescer. Also performed
coil circuiting performance simulations.
* Commercial Compressor Engineering - inspected and reviewed semi-
hermetic compressor performance data.
* Corporate Reliability - benchmarked 5 HP motors, correlated other
statistical product test data.
* Manufacturing - created a Kanban System (for compressors) to
