Marine on St. Croix is a small city just outside of the Twin

Cities Metropolitan Area. As part of an ongoing infrastructure

upgrade project, the city contracted with the University of

Minnesota Department of Environmental Science Policy and

Management to complete an impervious surface study.

. Developed hydrological model of Marine on St. Croix and surrounding

. Created development scenarios based on existing housing trends and

developable land
