•Co-managed $1.2m in revenue/month; overseeing approx. 40% of total office projects within a 140-person firm, including
sustainable destination projects in Egypt, Malaysia, China, India, and The Netherlands.
•Managed four of the office’s five domestic projects; including a $79.4m 182,000sf community redevelopment Gold LEED
certified mixed-use project, a 245,000sf LEED candidate commercial building, a 200,000sf commercial and 800 residential unit
LEED candidate mixed-use complex, and a 340,000sf retail mall.
•Developed an innovative financial Excel template in response to the economic recession for internal operations which
automatically ties staffing to project budgets and forecasting, resulting in a quantifiable mechanism for increasing profitability.
Reported analysis in weekly meetings with company executives.
•Teamed with the Director of Projects in management of the majority of new clientele projects as a result of our past performance
in continually securing new projects from repeat clients.
•Developed, reviewed, negotiated, and performed invoice due diligence for approx. twenty contracts for major planning and
destination projects.

•Managed the mall renovation and Costco addition of Lakewood Mall, which concluded in being independently contracted by the
developer, Macerich, for design management and entitlement documents.
•Co-managed Callison’s first entertainment project, a stage renovation and new five-story production building for NBC Universal
Studios’ Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien, through facilitating the turn-around of the over budget project by providing strategic
plans to reposition the focus of meeting and staff efforts.
•Selected as a candidate for Callison’s one year fellowship for young leaders for my management abilities to be staffed on several
retail and mixed-use projects simultaneously that are struggling with organization and leadership through quickly understanding
the projects’ needs and delegating work to staff.
