Objective
Position servicing Electro-Mechanical equipment.
Abilities
IBM training and experience with, PC's, servers, desktop printers, impact
printers, large production laser printers, Tape systems, Check processing
sorters and digital imaging machines, microfilming, DASD storage systems,
channel extenders and switches, CPU's, programmable logic controllers
associated with these system/devices.
RSI (Roll Systems Inc) training and experience with unwinders, folders,

Advised customers of preventive maintenance, configuration, operation and
environmental factors which may impact product performance or impair
customer's IT operation. Also performed service activities such as system
assurance, installation planning, account management, systems-level problem
determination, discontinuance and relocation of IBM and non-IBM systems and
products. Was accountable to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
with service delivery, technical support and operational services for the
customer accounts. When critical situations occurred, I was the technical
interface to customers and managed the situation until the problem was
resolved.
Have worked with hydraulics, air pressure, ink jet systems, and
laser/electro-static printing
Laser / photo optic calibrations

Experienced with 1,2,3 phase AC motors and circuits, DC motors and circuits
Can read and use wiring and circuit schematics, and fault isolation flow
charts.
Isolate fault to component level.
Use of digital and analog meters and oscilloscopes.

Trained customers and other maintenance personnel.
Maintained parts inventories: usage, ordering, cost control, rebuilding and
repair.
PC literate: Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office, Excel, and other job specific
