WORK EXPERIENCE:
September 2007 – Present:
McKenna/American Landscape/Irrigation, Inc. – Wilmington, DE
General Manager of the southern Delaware division. Design and sales, scheduling of crews, quality
control, job cost accounting, maintenance of equipment and vehicles, liaison to customer accounts, and all
tasks required to successfully run the $3 million a year division.
Also, scheduled, dispatched, and managed the southern snow removal division.
September 2006 – September 2007:
Denison Landscapes, Inc. – Washington, D.C.
General Manager of the irrigation division for an industry leading Landscape company in the Mid-
Atlantic region, with annual sales over 20 million dollars.
My duties include but are not limited to: design (upscale residences to six figure commercial projects),
sales, profit and loss accounting, scheduling (40+ employees), and all duties required to run the day to
day activity.
Reorganized the internal office procedures, revamped all paperwork, forms, tracking methods, and
initialized standardized field operating procedures.
1992-2004:
Corpus Christi Waterworks, Inc. – Corpus Christi, TX
C.C., Waterworks was a design/build landscape and irrigation contracting company. C.C. Waterworks,
Inc. designed, installed, and maintained landscape and irrigation systems for large residential and
commercial projects in south Texas. Our client list represents some of south Texas’ most elite clientele;
including Christus Spohn Hospital Systems, the Catholic Dioceses, One Shoreline Plaza, Foley’s
Department Stores, Braselton Homes, Al Hogan Builders, Cities of Rockport, Port Aransas, and Corpus
Christi, Citgo Refinery, The King Ranch, McDonald’s Restaurant Corp., Celanese Refinery, and C.C.
Naval Base.
As owner, of C.C. Waterworks, Inc., my tasks include but are not limited to: design, sales, budget
projections, cost analysis, and spread sheet job tracking. Material acquisition, scheduling of manpower,
employee training, employee safety orientation, and employee evaluation (as per T.W.C.). Also, as general
manager, I oversaw all day-to-day job site activity, equipment and vehicle maintenance, liaison to clients,
billings, and collections.

1992 OSHA jobsite training for hazardous situations – Celanese Refinery, Bishop, TX
1993 Nationally Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor at California Poly Technical Institute –
San Obispo, CA. Recognized in print nationally by the Irrigation Association of America.
1994-1994 Taught Landscape Design and Landscape Installation/Maintenance Techniques at Del
Mar College as an instructor (2 semesters). Taught the City of Corpus Christi parks department employees
a year-long course in installation and maintenance techniques.
1995 In first group of 15 individuals designated as a Texas Certified Irrigation Professionals
1996 OSHA job training supplement – Citgo Refinery, Corpus Christi, TX
1997 Appointed Trustee to Board of Directors for Texas Turf Irrigation Association. I worked
on the committee that wrote and implemented House Bill 94, the Texas State Irrigation laws and
guidelines and served on the board for three years.
