of up to 20 hourly personnel in the reactivation and decontamination of
treatment facility equipment and piping systems. Revised an Operation and
Maintenance Manual and developed Standard Operating Procedures. Managed
the budget.
Project Manager - Closure of 55 underground storage tanks. Coordinated a
search for abandoned UST's at the Hawthorne Army Ammunition Plant.
Developed project justification, cost estimate and the appropriate military
project funding forms. Developed contracts for analysis of residual fuel
and tank rinsate. Coordinated engineering design of project. Negotiated
additional work for unforeseen conditions and costs of contract
modifications with contractor. Reviewed results of soil samples and
obtained state approval for closure of tanks with soils under action
levels. Secured state approval for solidification of contaminated soils

Waste stream was routed to a bulk slurry incinerator.
Coordinated engineering design of a missile fueling facility using nitric

Designed workplace ventilation systems for removal of explosive dust, lead
