Working closely with the TelePresence Operation and other cross-functional

teams in managing TelePresence Backend Systems CUCM (Cisco Unified

Communication Manager) and support TelePresence operation. Development of

new Collaboration solutions using the Cisco and Tandberg TelePresence

hardware.

Major Accomplishments:

. Completed from conception to roll out of Cisco ACR(Active Collaboration

Room) TelePresence Suite. Leverages the existing CTS 1300 with a caf

style setting to allow for ease of data collaboration over TelePresence.

. Negotiated national furniture contract for the ACR solution to be

included in Cisco ACR offering.

GENERAL GROWTH PROPERTIES, Chicago, Illinois ? 1998-2009

Second-largest owner and developer of regional shopping malls in the U.S.,

with 11 regional offices and 220 regional shopping malls. Filed for Chapter

11 bankruptcy protection in April 2009.

Manager of Enterprise Telecom and Audio-Visual Services (2001-2009):

Oversaw enterprise linking the corporate office with regional offices and

shopping malls, leading staff and developing long-range vision including

technical direction and planning. Orchestrated large-scale enterprise

migration, systems conversions and technology infrastructure projects.

Administered corporate Avaya PBX, ensuring daily and weekly MAC orders.

Administration of enterprise mobile solutions including Blackberry and AT&T

Smart phones

Major Accomplishments:

. Saved $2.3 million in 2 years and another $500,000 in the next year by

negotiating implementation of a fully managed AT&T AVPN Wide Area Network

including multiple OC3 connectivity to the corporate office, 2 hosted

data centers, and 220 dedicated T1 lines.

. Negotiated national contracts for local and long distance, saving

$500,000 in the first year based on usage of 10 million minutes.

. Played instrumental role in designing and deploying a hybrid IP-based PBX

solution at 70 malls and 3 regional offices, replacing legacy key systems

over 36 months. Deployed Tandberg video conference systems for

enterprise video conferencing.

Director of Networks (1999-2001): Collaborated in design and installation

of a $130 million initiative to provide high-speed Internet access to

10,000 retail stores in 100 malls, completing installation within 12 months

of design. Project managed design and installation of company networks,

juggling 4 key vendors - Unisys, Cisco, IBM and MCI - at various mall

locations.

Major Accomplishments:

. Influenced decision to deploy AVID, a Cisco VOIP solution including IP

Voice, IP Video Conferencing and Unity voice mail, and employing Cisco

3660 routers and call managers. Utilized private dual DS3 from 6 MCI co-

location facilities, and 6 private line T1s to 100 malls, using Atlas

Adran MUX devices to break out T1s from Cisco IGS and MGS WAN routers.

. Received GGP Pro Team Award in 2001 for exemplifying teamwork and

fostering a workplace valuing people, places and experiences.

Senior Financial Analyst - Asset Management (1998-1999): Managed wholly

owned asset management portfolio, preparing monthly financial reports for

senior management and compiling portfolio income statements for quarterly

and annual SEC filings. Assisted with due diligence for several 3rd-party

developer acquisitions. Approved all capital improvement dollars at malls,

reviewing multiple bids and financing requirements. Reviewed all lease and

lease-use clauses.
