Career Summary
More than twenty-five years experience in business management, managing training
delivery and developing organizational talent. This includes frequent interaction with all
levels of the workforce from entry level employees to consulting or advising Sr.
Management regarding talent development strategies, processes, and goals. As a mentor,
supervisor and coach, I’ve counseled persons from various multi-ethnic and
socioeconomic backgrounds within profit and not-for-profit organizations. Including
organizing community and social grass roots activities. Led volunteers and staff in talent

planning. I’m a certified Project Manager and skilled public speaker as well as a trained

Responsibilities include:
1For the past 12 years, I’ve coordinated the complete delivery process of all
AARP talent management classes and programs to meet strategic business
needs as outlined in the People Strategy.
2Conducted various consultant interventions with diverse business clients such as
Information Technology; Legal Counsel for the Elderly; State Operations; and
others regarding organizationally sensitive individual and team development
needs.
3Assist Director of TLD in delivering talent initiatives, including identification of
