Project Managing all new projects at the Fab 12 facility.

. Provided business consultation for the initial strategy for the

University of Albany's Center for Environmental Sciences and

effort of 3 advanced wet stations for SCP Global/Tohoku Semiconductor,

Advanced Technology's first design build construction project in Asia.

60 process tools for Intel's Fab 11 facility in Rio Rancho, NM. This

involved setting up a new project office, relocating existing

personnel and hiring local employees.

. Proposed, Contracted, Project Managed and Completed Design effort of

ongoing process tool installations and feasibility studies for the

National Security Agency, Fort Meade, MD

design, installation, startup of 65 process tools in an Idaho

facility.

. Provided preliminary engineering and site selection analysis for

Intel's Fab 12 manufacturing facility.

. Responsible for vendor selection, contract negotiations and

coordination of all design and strategic planning activity for $15-20

million annually of construction on the Chandler, Arizona campus.

Responsible for CAD database system including processes for assuring

data accuracy.

. Designed and implemented TQM System for all facilities design work.

System was based upon developing and monitoring processes that mirror

facilities problem solving methodologies.

. Strategic Planning responsibilities include comprehensive space

planning, equipment layouts and identification of facility and code
