I have just moved to the Phoenix area from Ohio as my wife has found employment here.

I have been self employed since 1998 in the home improvement field. The economy has forced

me to seek employment in the warehouse area or possibly carpentry and / or residential wiring.

I have worked in the shipping and receiving dept. for Montgomery Ward driving forklift; in the

service, (Navy), I drove forklift moving explosives; I also worked in the Firestone Tire shipping

while going to High School.

I have a valid Az. Driver's License, D07 154527, and will drive 25 miles one way to secure

employment.

I have a valid AZFORKLIFT OSHA 29 CFR 1910.178 Certification.
