Engineering for re-engineering (out custom components) and
outsourcing (to much less expensive mfg. sources) of the
company's product portfolio at P>COM.
. Successfully implemented the PeopleSoft erp system for BEA
finance (GL, AP, FA), facilities, and procurement functions and
provided support and training to personnel worldwide.
. Persuaded county to use a more appropriate depreciation schedule
on capital equipment in gleaning a business personal property
tax savings of $500K for STATS ChipPAC
