Production Manger: Custom injection molding facility. D-REP is a subsidiary of IPS

Corporation with other molding locations in the US. Responsible for development of new

tooling, upgrades to existing tooling and processes to establish profitable, quality cycles

and tractability systems to assure it. Training of new procedures and expectation to

supervisors and technical staff. Establish proper maintenance scheduling and repairs.

Teaming hand in hand with the Quality Manager and team to insure the ISO system was

implemented and certified,

American Technical Molding: Clearwater FL. 2000-2003

Project/Process Engineer Manager: Subsidiary of American Tool and Mold Clearwater

F.L. a prototype facility. New tool development from blue print to customer. Process

Analyst to on site production team. Initiate and troubleshoot first run tooling and trials.

Establish component assembly, paint and decorate. Installation of production lines and

working cells. The acquisition, installation and detailed operation of injection molding

machines, secondary support equipment tooling such as automation, robotics, tool

heating, liquid heating, cooling and circuitry. Set proper flow rates and tool heater

perimeters (hot runners) and their systems, RJG pressure cavitation system and gas assist.

Establish Design of Experiment (DOX) per customer format or set up per SPI standards.

Handle operations from first trial to final packaging. Automotive, Medical, Optical, Food,

Electrical, Insert Molding and Custom Molding, rotary, rack, and slide systems for thread

closures and containers. Determine problems with existing production tooling and

eliminate scrap rate.

Castino Corporation: Romulus MI. 1998-2000

Plant Manager: Managed plant operations with limited administrative support, which

required the ability to wear many hats. Process Engineer, Maintenance Manger,

Scheduling, and Purchasing. Instituted QS9000 standards. Establish Teamwork

Employee System. Increased press utilization from 55% to 98%. Increased press

efficiency from 45% to 97%. Reduced machine down time by 55%. Brought a new

customer in house that brought four idle presses on line with full usage and profitability

with closures and container tooling 1.2 million in work and added 3 new employees.

Reduced cost 19% below Y2000 budget and 15% below Y1999 Budget. Managed 8

Managers and 75 employees as a Tier 1 and 2 suppliers to the automotive industry.

Reponsible for operations and maintenance of 21 injection molding machines, assembly,

shipping, warehousing, paint, hot stamping facilities and grounds.

Avon Products: Rochester Hills MI. 1992-1995

Project Manager/Process Engineer: Managed all aspects of production. Responsible

for all machines, buildings and grounds maintenance and preventive procedures. Set up

new tooling and equipment, plant layout and workflow areas. Implemented a new

preventative maintenance system. Installed a 150, 200, and a 400-ton VanDorns

horizontal injection molding presses and a total rebuild of two 200-ton Cincinnati

Milacrons horizontal machines.
