. Implemented Commercial Insurance web-based product line with
anticipated growth of several million dollars (product became #3 in
the company) managing an external vendor delivered product (Java
based), which interfaced with internal .Net systems and back-end
legacy systems. Implemented two states successfully on time and on
budget.
. Built project from inception and early architecture design, working
closely with vendors and the internal development and testing teams,
infrastructure, security and QA teams.
. Managed Change control process, issue tracking with Mercury Test
Director. Worked closely across teams such as QA and testing, eternal
vendors, internal development teams.

. Embedded DBA for GMAC Insurance's eAgency. The website uses an
adapter pattern and uses of XML, XSL, Microsoft technologies, and back-
end database (SQL and Oracle). It serves up over 7,500,000 page views
per month and delivers a set of applications to service the needs of
27,000 independent insurance agents nationwide. eAgency helped GMAC
Insurance achieve a #1 ranking in automation by the Florida
Association of Insurance Agents in 2003.
. Architected, developed database, developed security model for
integration of a CRM system into live web system (Sales Logix). This
involved migration of a large legacy database, and integration with a
3rd party vendor-based system.
. Architected & developed a backend system interfacing with the
mainframe. Mentored and trained mainframe developers for object-
oriented programming. Helped with migration of site from VB and COM+
to VB.Net using COM interop.
