My primary responsibility is being the quality representative
on the APQP launch
teams. This involves the initiation of the APQP process at
design kickoff and through the
PPAP submission of the product. This process also includes
interaction with our supply
base and our customers. Additional responsibilities include:

for the life of the product, along with customer and supply base
interaction.
APQP process with suppliers, through acceptance of PPAP submission
APQP (Schedule "A") status reports to Ford STA on new programs
Coordinate the flow and disposition of material through non-conforming
material

5. GM, Quality Systems Basics and Global Quality Tracking Systems
6. Assisted with transfer of product lines to Nobel's Paris, TN and
Mexico (SLP) facility
7. Internal auditor for ISO14001 and TS 16949

Generate quality inspection, gage and operator instructions and control
