Allied Tube & Conduit Warehouse Superintendent
After more than 5 years of supervisory experience in
manufacturing & logistics I was promoted to warehouse
superintendent at Allied Tube & Conduit! Took a struggling
logistics department and made dramatic improvements. Reduced
truck loading detention by over $30,000 a month. Increased all
customer based relationships while playing a major role in the
largest investment of the company's history of moving my
warehouse into a new 26 million dollar warehouse & keeping
customer satisfaction at its best. I have done so by taking
every operators mistakes and provided corrective actions &
adequate training to improve performance. I have proven the
ability to take a very diverse work force and improve all
statistical measures. I believe one of the main keys in
management is communication, so I provided annual performances
to all of my employees and touch on all positive aspects and
areas of improvement. I have been working in a union
environment for 9 years and have dealt with several contract
negotiations.
