Solutions is a start-up company that was in need of program structure.

-Further duties included recruiting, coordinating and collaborating with a team to create the AHS

corporate wellness program as well as the location-specific day-to-day operations for their clientÂ’s

corporate wellness program. This included but was not limited to hiring Wellness Professionals to work

onsite, creating the operations manual, the employee manual, the franchise packet, the monthly activity

schedules, educational seminars, their internal sales and promotions collateral as well as planning and

implementing the kickoff event that was attended by 110 employees and their families. I was also

responsible for coordinating and documenting each of these processes via GANTT chart.

- Served as the Project Manager of the Rohnert Park, CA engagement and it was my priority to implement

the wellness program and hand off my duties to the onsite employees within an 18-month period.

- I was also responsible for performing a market analysis and developing a marketing campaign of the

microCARE program at Clearwater. microCARE is a small batch healthcare program for groups of

individuals to receive healthcare that their insurance would not cover at a reduced rate. My duties

included generating press releases, generating media interest, creating marketing tech pieces, white papers

and collateral.

- The 4 PÂ’s (Product, Place, Price and Promotion) marketing strategy was used to create a need for

social change regarding healthcare buying patterns within the small business community and their

employees.

and marketing professionals. I worked directly with clients to schedule initial microCARE appointments,

resolved billing issues, created and presented microCARE financials, contacted the primary insurance on
