General Manager/Operations Manager/Director
If you are seeking an Operations or General Manager to take the
organization to the next level, I've the experience and know how to connect
the processes and procedures that lead to success. I'm the leader you need
to achieve operational results. Let's start by streamlining with an eye on
change management processes. These are tough decisions, but proactively
planning processes and procedures to maintain a focus on customer
satisfaction and retention are key elements that lead to sustained growth.
Let me lead the way to future success.
We'll start with a proactive review of programs, services, forms and
reports and confer with executive management and users to identify problems
and improvements. My past results led an organization to implement new
records management programs that better aligned compliance with best
practices programs. I developed, evaluated, and recommended changes based
on need and analysis of daily operations. Example: My research and
recommendation on purchases for building, fleet and all local contract
personnel led to closely managed contracts, RFPs, and oversight of work
performed for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other contracted services.
Negotiations led to reduced contract services cost via competitive bidding.
Additionally, we'll coordinate SMEs to aggressively apply technical
assistance services and direction for development, implementation,
evaluation and expansion of programs of service to customers, public
agencies and local governments. One such program I developed led to service
level improvements of twenty percent.
Let's continue with directing and coordinating work activities related to
operations and maintenance of facilities. Past results led to better
planning and coordination of work activities that were more closely aligned
to achieve results. Moreover, work hours were reviewed, analyzed, and
researched, the review lead to changes in technical approach. Inventory
was reduced sixteen percent and roll time reduced twenty-six percent with
the roll out of home dispatch; both achieved by developing a prepared
analysis of the projected effect of any proposed changes.
I've prepared and compiled data for budget requests and long range program
plans by gathering and organizing information on problems or procedures and
submitting appropriate changes to management. The data gathered led to new
solutions or alternative methods for proceeding with local issues,
processes and procedures. My in-depth documentation of findings was used
to make recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or
organizational changes that re-aligned deployment of work force to meet
rigorous program initiatives.
