For Fresenius Medical Services Center for Leadership & Professional

. As a member of the Brigham & Woman's Hospital (BWH), Textron Systems
(TSC) & Fresenius Medical Care (FMC) teams launched enterprise-wide
Learning Management System, resulting in more robust analysis and
management of training investments and solutions.
. Developed a comprehensive mentoring program for incoming cooperative
education students at TSC, resulting in improved career guidance for
participants and increase in recruitment efforts.
. Successfully launched coaching program, coaching senior management
staff on presentation skills as a part of TSC succession planning
resulting in increased exposure of staff to executive level and a more
streamlined succession planning selection process.

. OD consultant & Program Director for (CHD), Inc. Responsible for
assessing the organization, implementing change, and creating policies
and procedures resulting in increased organizational effectiveness and
retention of staff. Managed FTE & program budget.
. OD consultant for CHD, TSC and BWH providing consultation and
recommendation on issues related but not limited to, teams, conflict
