(TSC) & Fresenius Medical Care (FMC) teams launched enterprise-wide

Learning Management System, resulting in more robust analysis and

management of training investments and solutions.

. Developed a comprehensive mentoring program for incoming cooperative

education students at TSC, resulting in improved career guidance for

participants and increase in recruitment efforts.

. Successfully launched coaching program, coaching senior management

staff on presentation skills as a part of TSC succession planning

resulting in increased exposure of staff to executive level and a more

streamlined succession planning selection process.

Improved e-learning completion for Textron systems from 30 to 95% .

Organizational Development/Change Management

. OD consultant & Program Director for (CHD), Inc. Responsible for

assessing the organization, implementing change, and creating policies

and procedures resulting in increased organizational effectiveness and

retention of staff. Managed FTE & program budget.

. OD consultant for CHD, TSC and BWH providing consultation and

recommendation on issues related but not limited to, teams, conflict

management, leadership, cultural competency, and change management.

facilitation, focus groups, and revamping policies and procedures.

Researched, assessed, evaluated, and recommended solutions based on
