- Design and test the Fina and Infiniti series specialty printer.

- Test circuit, driver, piezoelectric printheads, ink and create test

report.

- Coordinate with manufactory to determine correct design concept and

select the best process and technology for the new and existing products.

- Lead the technical department to supply customer training, service and

technical support.

- Technical writing including preparing technical specifications and

creating user manuals.

- Hands on experience in mechanical / electro-mechanical assembling,

installation and upgrading.

- Support windows operation systems(NT,W2k,XP,Win7) and data backup and

recovery, familiar with routers and switches, TCP/IP, DNS, W/LAN.

- Lead the development of the new Technical Support System(TSS).
