by 50 % (3.6 hours to 1.8 hours) saving the organization over
$580,000 in 2006.
> Elaslon- Photopolymer Plate Cost Reduction. Reduced
plate/dust related downtime by 325 hours in 2007. Cost
savings of over $254,000 annually for the organization.
> 7305 LEAN Event. Reduced downtime and increased Net speed by
over 80 feet per minute. Cost savings of over $276,000
annually for the organization.
> 7307 setup Time Reduction "Work Out" Co-lead this project
#10139. Cost Savings of $54,237 for the organization.
> Laminator adhesive reduction. Project #11329. Cost Savings
of $205,656 for the organization.
> Reduce Flexo Plate Usage and Cost. Project #11707. Cost
