Laboratories attended
MAS LAB(MARKER ASSISTED SELECTION LAB )activities,general lab asepsis techniques,
transformation,running of real time pcr, gel electrophoresis,master mix preparation running of
pcr,
PLANT MOLECULAR LAB,DNA extraction ELISA test for cassava mosaic virus and sugar
cane mosaic virus.
ANIMAL TISSUE LAB,Splitting of BHK CELLS(baby hamster kidney cells) and operation of

LEVEL TWO GREEN HOUSE, planted maize seeds, infected them with sugar cane mosaic

involving spawn production for mushrooms and growth and maintenance o f sprulina and

2011 worked in university project under biological sciences student association(biossa) involving
yourghut production,scientific naming of trees and maintenance of botanical garden
