o As an Assistant testing engineer was responsible for interacting
with the allied team to receive knowledge transfer on the
application.
o Coordinated the project from off site by doing requirement

1. DFA Cost Basis Downloads, project was for Schwab to become an
approved DFA custodian. To get an approval DFA which is a
global money management firm of $108 billion dollars of
assets under management required daily cost basis data from
Schwab. This data was required to support their program
trading.
OS used was UNIX and Mainframes, software used were Perl
script, tool used was quality center
2. SI.com2.0, project was to manage Schwab applications as a
platform portfolio introducing commonality and integration
across the products to deliver a unified whole to our
clients.

3. AOR (Account open redesign), project was to open an account
for the customers, saving the incomplete application and
accessing account servicing forms.

online for different types of CD offered by Wachovia for
their customers.
OS used was Windows XP, Mainframes (Rumba) and Macintosh and

2. FQ, the backend tool was all about maintaining the record of
Customer credentials, Account information and product
information in FQ database. Also, customers get enrolled for
the products offered by Wachovia through FQ.CAN creation,
Adding accounts for the customers, enrolling for the products
like (Quicken, QuickBooks, Money and WB-Billpay) is done in
FQ.

1. PFM (Personal Financial Manager), project was all about
Wachovia - Wells Fargo providing PFM software to their
customers to download their accounts, balance statements,
Bill payments, Fund Transfers and Emails. The three PFM
Software are Quicken, QuickBooks, Turbo Tax and la Certe
products of Intuit and Money, product of Microsoft.
OS used were Windows XP and Macintosh Tools used were QN, QB,
MN, Turbo Tax, La Certe, Customer Care Tool, Mainframes
(Rumba), Quality Centre.
2. TCT (Targeted Communications Tool), project was used to
create, add new advertisements, modify and delete the
advertisements. These advertisements are used in Wachovia -
wells Fargo website to attract and increase the customers.
OS used Windows XP and Tools used were TCT tool and Quality
center.
3. BB (Bank by Phone), project was all about the mainframe
application used by Wachovia before the advent of internet to
do all the banking transactions of the customers on phone.
Bank by Phone applicable only for old customers with
Wachovia. Transactions like Transfer funds, Telephone bill
payments and quick bill payments like house loan, car loan
payments were done on phone. The old customers of Wachovia
are also allowed to know about their bank balances,
withdrawals and deposits on phone.
OS used were Windows XP and Tools used were Mainframe
(Rumba), Quality Center.
