Senior Network Field Support
. Managed the AT&T Washington, D.C. Backbone Data Center and 8 Hub Data
Centers in the Mid-Atlantic area. Support is available on-site or off-
site for customers and AT&T Network Operations 24/7, seven days a
week.
. Oversaw the day-to-day network operations of the Washington DC Data
Center. Responsibilities include:
o Active Tier 2 and Tier 3 support on the logical and physical
level for multinational customers and
internal AT&T Network Organizations
o Planning, implementation and maintenance of AT&T equipment.
Coordinating with multiple telecom vendors and hardware
manufacturers in "testing and turn-up".
o Responsible for equipment and cable management
o Implemented the use of HUB MANAGER software for site security
and access control for AT&T Global Sites in the Mid-Atlantic
area
. Provided 24/7 support of routing and switching node in the Mid-
Atlantic Area serving major financial institutions, government
agencies and Fortune 100 companies. Maintained equipment with 99.99
percent availability with an average response time 50% faster than
contractual obligations.
. Directed the implementation of the AT&T EVPN program in the Mid-
Atlantic area. Worked with internal AT&T Network groups
(Provisioning, Engineering and Marketing) to outline a program of site
surveys and installations to bring customers on-line. An example is
the program designed for Kelly Services. Met with Mid-Atlantic Kelly
Services managers, in person, to outline a Three Tiered approach: Site
surveys, Installation and turn-up, De-commissioning of previous
network. Completed all 3 phases for 20 sites in 30 days. Recognized
by AT&T Management for the success of the Kelly project in the Mid-
Atlantic area and completion of over 70 customer EVPN installs within
3 days of circuit delivery. This was under the "T-5" metric used to
track customer installs and the most by a single manned data center
technician nationwide.

Mid-Atlantic Region. Responsibilities include:
o Leading and attending monthly meeting with corporate groups,
i.e. Real Estate, Provisioning, Engineering and Marketing.
