per week operation including budgeting and staffing. Acted as backup and stand
in for plant manager.
Direct responsibility for process, facility and project salaried engineering

Managed 30 hourly maintenance and setup employees.
Responsible for operation of multiple (type and manufacturer) thermoformers,
in-line automated labeling and padding machines, orienting extruders, reclaim

Engineering "arm" of three manager team assigned to manage all phases of

captive cost center for Thule/EGA America Incorporated.
Used Cadkey/FastSurf to design thermoformed car-top boxes. Pioneered use of
CNC cutting on wood patterns for high quality castings.
Key contributor in startup of Colorado operation including building layout,
machine buyoff, production line design, initial product offering, catalogue
compilation, customer interaction and trade show support.
